Return & Refund Policy

At Florra Living, we take pride in creating carefully crafted lighting and decor products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns:

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or not functioning properly
  • Incorrect product received
  • Products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used

To be eligible for a return, you must request the return within 3 days of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and contents originally delivered

Non-Returnable Items:

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind
  • Color or lighting tone preference changes after delivery
  • Minor texture, layer lines, or finish variations caused by the 3D printing/manufacturing process
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, water exposure, or improper electrical usage
  • Products returned without original packaging

As many Florra Living products are decorative and design-focused items, slight handcrafted or manufacturing variations may naturally occur.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Unboxing photos/videos
  • Clear images of the issue

  • Replacement product
  • Exchange
  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Exchanges:

Yes we accept exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Exchange approval is subject to inspection and verification.

Return Shipping:

For approved damaged or defective returns, Florra Living will cover the return shipping cost.

Customers may be asked to securely pack the product for reverse pickup or courier shipment.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
